Resolved - The third-party upstream provider has resolved the previous issue impacting Mindbody AutoPays in the Asia Pacific region. Mindbody Subscribers using EziDebit as their payment processor will see decline errors from today for their AutoPays in the AutoPay detail report. Our nightly processing will successfully process these in tomorrow’s processing run and funds will be received in the same timeline as expected. As a workaround to process before tomorrow’s processing run, Subscribers can successfully process their declined AutoPays by manually running them through the autopay detail report
