Resolved - The MINDBODY incident response team has resolved the issue. All Webhook services are fully recovered and operational.

Resolved - TSYS has given the all clear, all payment processor services are now fully operational.

Update - MINDBODY clients who utilize TSYS for payment processing may continue to experience intermittent errors when processing real-time transactions. TSYS has confirmed they are in maintenance and will be until 10 am PDT. We have an incident response team actively monitoring during their continued maintenance to ensure system stability. Monitoring - All MINDBODY subscribers using Branded App and Webhook consumers had a brief period of stale data on the respective apps. Our marketplace and users service were in a degraded state and caused customers increased latency throughout some parts of the web software. Our incident response team is actively monitoring the situation and hope to return to full functionality shortly. We appologize for the inconvience that this had caused.
