Resolved - Twilio's scheduled maintenance has been completed. All services including SMS notifications and Constant Contact emails are now fully operational. Thank you for your patience!

Identified - Twillio is currently undergoing maintenance and we are seeing a delay in SMS sending. Some customers may see a delay in sms being sent. With this we are also seeing slow responses from Constant Contact emails being sent, this is due to the maintenance which is currently running. Maintenance will continue until 3am PST.

Identified - EziDebit is currently experiencing issues with timeouts impacting transactions to MINDBODY clients using EziDebit. Users may experience failed transactions when attempting to process payments. Please continue to monitor the MINDBODY Status Page for further updates.

Resolved - Our earlier issue affecting clients accessing the drop down menu for contact numbers in our Support Center is now resolved. Thank you for your patience as we restored services.

Investigating - Customers are currently unable to access the drop down menu for contact numbers in our Support Center. You can access the full list of contact numbers for each country by logging into your MINDBODY Site - Click on the Help Button in the top right of the screen - Select contact us - Click on Phone and the drop box of contact numbers will be available.
