Monitoring
We are currently monitoring an issue impacting Mindbody customers with Mindbody Payments as their payment processor.
Between 9:30AM to 10:00AM PT, Mindbody customers with Mindbody Payments as their payment processor, received an error when attempting to process card not present sales (where the physical card or mobile device was not present).
We have identified the issue occurred due to an upstream payment processor. Thank you for your patience while we work with the upstream payment processor to ensure system stability.
