Engineers have identified and working to resolve an issue impacting Mindbody Payments customers. At this time, Merchants are unable to access the payments portal via the drop-down menu when clicking on their name in the upper right corner. Merchants can however access the payment portal through the POS screen by clicking "More" and selecting "Payments Portal" from that drop-down menu.
