Our engineering teams are continuing to work on a fix for Booker.

Booker customers are experiencing delays with membership charges and customer notifications. Newly created customer accounts are unable to sign in, be booked, or be found using the customer search function.

We have identified an additional issue related to the ongoing CrowdStrike outage affecting newly created Booker accounts.

Booker customers with newly created accounts are unable to log into the Booker Web Software. Our engineering teams are working to implement a fix as soon as possible. Our next update will be at 4:30PM PDT.
