We have identified an issue with a third-party upstream provider impacting Mindbody Payments. A subset of customers using the Mindbody Payments processor in the European Union may experience increased failures for SEPA Direct Debit payments with the error code "bank_account_restricted".
If you receive a failed SEPA payment for a customer who succeeded previously, you may try to reprocess the payment.
