Web2Pay has scheduled an emergency maintenance window to implement a fix for the ongoing payment processing stability issues. The maintenance is scheduled for Tuesday, November 8, 2022, between 7PM - 8PM PST. During the maintenance, Web2Pay expects payment processing to become unavailable for about a 15 minute duration. Thank you for your patience while the vendor works to restore services. We will provide an update from the third party provider as soon as we receive one.

Update
We are continuing to work with the third-party vendor Web2Pay impacting Booker Payment Processing. Booker Subscribers using Web2pay as their payment processor on V1 accounts may experience intermittent errors processing real time or stored credit card transactions. If a Booker Subscriber experiences an error, we recommend to save the card on file and try again at a later time. We also advise to check the credit card processing type report to easily identify if any duplicate charges have been made due to the errors. If a duplicate charge appears to have been made, please contact the merchant processor directly to verify if any duplicates charges were successfully processed. Booker Subscribers using Web2pay as their payment processor on V1 accounts may experience intermittent errors processing real time or stored credit card transactions.
