On Thursday, February 27, 2025, a subset of Mindbody payment transactions experienced intermittent automatic charge refunds from payment transactions initiated by consumer checkout flows. We have identified the affected transactions and our engineering teams have began remediating the affected transactions by reprocessing them. Mindbody customers with affected transactions have been notified of this issue.
As of Tuesday, March 4, 2025, we have successfully reprocessed 95% of the affected transactions. Our engineering teams are diligently working to reprocess the remaining 5% and we will provide an update when that is complete.
Affected Mindbody consumers may see two charges and a refund or just one charge depending upon their bank. Affected Mindbody customers will receive their funds later than expected.
