This weekend, we will be conducting planned maintenance on Saturday, September 28th at 9:00 PM - Sunday, September 29th through 2:00 AM (PDT).
Most MINDBODY customers will experience brief interruptions to all MINDBODY services during this maintenance window.
Some clients in certain regions will be unable to access their MINDBODY services. Special notifications have been sent to clients who will be impacted during this time. For those customers, while we always try to minimize downtime, please plan for our products to be unavailable to you and your clients from 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM (PDT). During this time, credit card or ACH/Direct Debit transaction processing will be unavailable. Please work with your clients to collect payment in advance.
We understand that this maintenance window may occur during your regular business hours. We encourage you to view the "Schedule at a Glance Report" to create a copy of your schedule. Thank you for your patience as we work to keep your MINDBODY system smooth, safe, and reliable.
