Some clients in certain regions will be unable to access their MINDBODY services. Special notifications have been sent to clients who will be impacted during this time. For those customers, while we always try to minimize downtime, please plan for our products to be unavailable to you and your clients from 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM (PDT). During this time, credit card or ACH/Direct Debit transaction processing will be unavailable. Please work with your clients to collect payment in advance.
