Update
We have made an update to our planned maintenance schedule on May 1, 2021.

Driven by the need for faster to market product improvements, dynamic scalability, and innovation acceleration, Mindbody is migrating to AWS. Our second planned maintenance window will take approximately 45 minutes on May 1, 2021 between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM PDT (likely during the first hour).

During this time:

Mindbody core software data will not be updatable during this downtime.

For example, schedule information will not reflect any changes when a customer schedules or cancels a class or appointment. Additionally, you will not be able to manage franchise fees. 

The Mindbody app, the Virtual Wellness Platform, and VOD content will be available during this time.

If a customer makes a change to a class or appointment from an unaffected tool those changes will be reflected in the core software after the downtime completes.

Throughout this entire timeframe you may experience additional intermittent interruptions where you are not able to access Mindbody software.

Impacted services: Mindbody Web Software, Mindbody Enterprise Solutions and Mindbody Webhooks.

The Mindbody app, the Virtual Wellness Platform, and VOD content will be available during this time.

Throughout this entire timeframe you may experience additional intermittent interruptions where you are not able to access Mindbody software.
