Driven by the need for faster to market product improvements, dynamic scalability, and innovation acceleration, Mindbody is migrating to AWS. Our fifth planned downtime will take approximately 1 hour on June 12, 2021 between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM PDT. During this downtime:

Mindbody core software will be generally accessible.

However, your clients will not be able to login and book through your branded mobile app or the Mindbody app.

You will not be able to manage products within the product catalog.

Consumer marketplaces will not be able to book, ingest, or purchase Mindbody inventory.

Webhooks events will be delayed until after the maintenance window. 

Impacted services: Mindbody App, Mindbody Branded App, Mindbody Class Check-in App, Mindbody Web Software, Mindbody Webhooks, and Reserve with Google
