We continue to monitor the issue impacting Mindbody businesses paying for their Mindbody software subscription in Australian Dollars. Mindbody businesses in the Australia region may experience an intermittent increase in credit card declines when attempting to make a subscription payment to Mindbody. Mindbody businesses in the Australia region may experience an intermittent increase in decline errors while processing a payment from a consumer using Westpac as their bank. Our payment processor, Worldline, is working with Westpac bank to resolve the payment issues as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while they work to restore services.
