Update
We have identified an issue with a third-party vendor Web2pay impacting Booker Payment Processing. We are continuing to work with Web2Pay to restore payment processing to full functionality as soon as possible. Booker Subscribers using Web2pay or Payroc as their payment processor on V1 accounts may experience intermittent errors processing real time or stored credit card transactions. If a Booker Subscriber experiences an error, we recommend to save the card on file and try again at a later time. Thank you for your patience while the vendor works to restore services. We will provide an update from the third party provider as soon as we receive one.
