Identified - We have identified the issue impacting Mindbody Payment Processing. Some Mindbody Subscribers using Stripe as their payment processor may experience errors processing transactions through the Stripe card reader (Veriphone P400). As a workaround, Mindbody Subscribers are able to manually enter in the credit card information to successfully process the payment. Thank you for your patience while we work to restore services.

Resolved - Between 4:45PM and 5:08PM Pacific Standard Time we identified a third-party upstream provider experiencing an issue impacting the Mindbody Web Software and Mindbody API services. Some Mindbody Consumers, Subscribers, and Partners may have experienced slower than normal page load times or intermittent errors using the Mindbody Web Software or Mindbody API. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused!
