Ezidebit- Planned Maintenance Nov 15, 10:00-11:30 PST
Update - We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.

Scheduled - Ezidebit has scheduled planned maintenance for their Annual Disaster Recovery Test.
MINDBODY subscribers who use Ezidebit as their payment processor in APAC and AUST may experience a few moments of downtime for real-time transactions during Ezidebits scheduled maintenance. During this time, transactions that error will need to be re-submitted. Daily processing of autopays and autobatches will be delayed by 1 business day.

Scheduled - This week, we’ll be conducting planned maintenance for MINDBODY subscribers starting 9 PM PST on Saturday November 9th, concluding at 2 AM PST on Sunday, November 10th. There may be interruptions to all MINDBODY services during this time. Some clients in North, Central or South America will be unable to access their MINDBODY services between 9 PM and 11 PM PST. Thank you for your patience while we work to keep things smooth, safe, and quick.

Investigating - Some MINDBODY subscribers who utilize the new consumer search functionality are unable to search for their customers. Customers who are using the older version of consumer search are not impacted by this event.

For customers using the new search functionality there is workaround for the time being:

2. Click into search on Retail (NOT top left)
3. Click "Switch back for now" in modal that appears
4. Click "No feedback" (Or "Share Feedback")

Identified - The MINDBODY incident response team has identified the cause of the issue and are currently working with a third party vendor to remedy the situation. We hope to have this issue resolved soon. In the meantime, customers that are impacted are encouraged to use the following workaround:

1. Go to Retail page
2. Click into search on Retail (NOT top left)
3. Click "Switch back for now" in modal that appears
4. Click "No feedback" (Or "Share Feedback")

Investigating - We’re experiencing an issue with our API services. This is affecting some MINDBODY sites using cross-regional functionality. If you are having trouble editing client profile information, we have received reports that trying to edit the profile again has worked. We’re actively working to find the problem and resolve it.
